Terms of Service

• "Service" — the INTREXA AXIS dashboard, API, and related tools for AI agent authorization.
• "Agent" — an autonomous AI system registered with the Service.
• "Decision" — an authorization result returned by the Service.
• "Subscription" — your paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).

You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. You must protect your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.

Use the Service only for its intended purpose: authorizing and governing AI agents. You are responsible for the actions of your agents and the decisions they make based on our authorization results. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

INTREXA AXIS provides authorization decisions based on delegation chains, policies, and risk evaluation. Decisions are probabilistic and may occasionally be inaccurate; we do not guarantee that every unauthorized action will be blocked. You are solely responsible for how you configure policies and act upon the decisions returned.

Sandbox organisations and agents are for testing only. Sandbox data is isolated from production, is not billed, and may be purged or suspended after a period of inactivity without notice.

You agree to pay the subscription fees for your selected tier. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed, via Stripe or Razorpay. INTREXA TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is the entity that bills you and will appear as the payee on your payment method statement.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to your current billing cycle until renewal.

If payment is not received, we may suspend your account, subject to Section 7. Refunds are at our sole discretion — see the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us (see Privacy Policy); requests are processed manually and are subject to the legal and audit-retention obligations described there.

INTREXA AXIS (dashboard, API, runtime, and SDKs) is proprietary and confidential. All rights reserved. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.

The underlying Agent Authorization Protocol (AAP) specifications are published separately as an open standard: the specifications are licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and written content under CC BY 4.0. They are not governed by these terms.

You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform software.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTREXA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from authorization decisions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTREXA from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your agents' actions, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
