Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid INTREXA AXIS subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans) billed via Stripe or Razorpay. It does not apply to sandbox or trial usage, which is not billed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then, and you will not be charged for the following period.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refunds outside of that are at INTREXA's sole discretion, evaluated case by case.
